Roofing Membrane and Waterproofing:
Roofing Membrane:
- Layout rigid foam across entire roof
- Install the screws and plate fasteners
- Roll out the PVC memrane on the floor and cut to size
- Dryfit membrane on the roof and cut penetrations where needed
- Roll with a 100lb roller for adhesion
- Caulk the penetrations around pipe and ducts
- Clean the membrane
Waterproofing
- Apply zip tape to all corners and seams
- Apply liquid flash to nails with more than 1/8" penetration
