The Connect:2 model is the smallest home in our lineup. A galley kitchen opens up onto a covered deck, perfect for outdoor eating. It’s great as a second home, vacation cabin or as a backyard guesthouse or studio. Put it in the backyard or half a world away.
Base price includes your Connect home built in the factory with standard finishes, fixtures and appliances. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Connect Homes offers a variety of fit out options, upgrades and customization for your home. You can select finishes, fixtures, appliances, sliding sun screens, trellises and additional green upgrades. You can also select accessory building options, such as carports and garages, covered decks and guest houses to integrate with your home.
Finish installation budget includes the delivery of your home to your site and setting the home on your foundation. It also includes button-up work where the modules come together and finishing the roof. Pricing may fluctuate depending on site location and site specific conditions.
Site work estimate includes the basic work that needs to be completed on your site before your house is delivered. This generally includes foundations and utility infrastructure and assumes the lot is flat and utilities are on site. Site specific features such as garages, carports, decks, retaining walls, fencing and landscaping can be added at additional costs. Pricing may fluctuate depending on site location and site specific conditions.
